Senior/Staff Physical Verification Engineer

Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud.

We are looking for a Senior / Staff Physical Verification Engineer to execute PV checks from the block to fullchip level. You will own the full physical design flow from netlist to GDSII, working closely with circuit design and Backend team to deliver silicon-proven, high-performance designs on leading-edge process nodes.

• Perform Physical Verification (PV) signoff for advanced-node ASIC/SoC designs, including DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, ESD, PERC/Reliability, density/fill, and other foundry-required final tape-out checks using the Calibre tool.
• Monitor and manage Physical Verification runs, including hierarchical/flat execution, runtime and resource optimization, result tracking, issue prioritization, and closure toward tape-out milestones.
• Cooperate with Place & Route owners to resolve full-chip layout integration issues.
• Actively support the physical design flow from netlist to GDSII.
• Provide automation solutions to improve efficiency in the tape-out flow.
• Contribute to internal PD methodology, scripts, and flow automation using Perl and Tcl.

• B.S. / M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on physical verification experience with advanced TSMC process nodes (N4 and below preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with the industry-standard Calibre tool.
• Good knowledge of the complete IC design flow, from front-end design through back-end implementation and signoff.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, Tcl, and Make scripting is a plus.
• Tape-out experience is required.
