They are intrigued and excited by creating one-of-a-kind experiences and partner closely with the Banquets and Food and Beverage teams on events and daily experiences to achieve that goal. They are the eyes and ears of the department, and keenly watch over things with a passion for perfection.

Requested Tasks

-Hire and train team members

-Oversee the operational management of all Food and Beverage experiences

-Keenly monitor and manage team members

-Supervise and manage inventory, labor, and other administrative tasks within Food and Beverage

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a Restaurant or Front of House Manager required, prior events experience highly preferred

-Strong leadership organizational and communications skillset

-Ability to work swiftly and thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards
