Customer Care Manager

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and leadership-oriented professional to join our growing team in our Denver office as Customer Care Manager. In this key role, you'll lead our customer service operations - overseeing daily client interactions, managing policy questions, claims support, billing, and team performance while building lasting client relationships. This is an excellent in-office leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with room for advancement.

Compensation

$55,000 - $80,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses)

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in LoHi, North Denver.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of Florida State University.
