Warehouse AdministratorLocation: Edison, NJ 08817 Duration: 04 month Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri)Position Summary:Responsible for invoicing and batching to support Shipping and Receiving. Performs data entry, evaluates accuracy of invoices (such as purchase order and vendor discrepancies), batch invoices and orders, completes warehouse paperwork, checks in drivers, and coordinates schedules.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperworkHandles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receivingPrints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receivingPrepares daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to Selectors and ReceiversMaintains receiving and shipping documents/logs for SQFTracks and files orders in the computer systemPerforms miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying and routes incoming calls to appropriate areaMaintains a clean, shared workspaceReceives product into WMS systemMaintains tracking of received product for warehouse locations, track UNFI direct shipmentsChecks, logs and prepares vendor invoices for paymentEZ Lobby ManagementPerforms other relevant job duties as requiredJob Requirements:High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent related experienceWarehouse/Operations/Transportation experience preferred but not requiredAbility to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skillsStrong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systemsUnderstands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processesWorking knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook and 10-keyExcellent communication/decision-making skillsAbility to interact with all departments and all levels of managementEquipment knowledge is a plus—use of a pallet jack is recommendedUnderstanding of Safety guidelinePhysical Environment/Demands:Must be able to work in an environment containing Tree nuts, Peanuts, Soy, Wheat, and MilkSome travel may be requiredMost work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environmentIncumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminalWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workdayStooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
