Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU specialization for a full-time, night-shift role in a community-based hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately. Qualifications And Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license required. Experience: Open to all experience levels; less than 2 years preferred. Additional skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
