Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a 12-bed medical/surgical intensive care unit, managing adult patients with critical needs such as hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator support. Responsibilities Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, educates patients and families on illness management, and promotes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Ensures clear communication across care teams and advocates for patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills Holds an RN license with an educational background in nursing (Diploma/Associate's or higher). Open to all experience levels, including ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates. Critical skills include assessment, critical thinking, communication, and the ability to work safely and alertly.
