Role Overview Seeking an Role Overview Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 12-bed medical/surgical intensive care unit, managing adult patients with medical emergencies, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator support. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care and educating on illness management, home care, and medications. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, ensuring communication across care continuum, and participating in quality, safety, and professional development activities. The role requires critical nursing skills, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
