Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Pay rate: $30/hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to support our facilities team in day-to-day building operations, general maintenance, and event support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic facility issues and develop practical solutions on-site
• Support building operations, including maintenance of doors, lighting, furniture, and minor plumbing
• Maintain building cleanliness and exterior grounds (sidewalks, washing, debris removal)
• Complete routine inspections of elevators, generators, wheelchair lifts, and fire extinguishers
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of coordination with minimal disruption
• Respond to and complete Facilities work orders (moves, replacements, restocking)
• Provide general support to the facilities team as needed, including occasional after-hours work

Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance or a similar role preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic facility issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
