Were looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in the small details that make a big impact. As a key holder and lead crafter, youll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

What Youll Do

Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder
Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated
Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment

What Were Looking For

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Previous bakery, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred
