This is for someone who knows real estate, understands how to convert online leads, and has strong leadership skills.

Not someone thinking about it.

Here's what you're walking into.

For almost 20 years we've built a brand that millions of people know by name. You've seen it. You've heard it. And with all this market chaos, demand for our brand keeps climbing every single day.

We just made a massive commitment to increase our marketing even more. You can already see it everywhere.

Every month thousands of people apply to become agents inside our organization. The consumer leads are there. The agent pipeline is there. The brand is there. The momentum is there.

And here is the part most leaders never get to experience. Our agents do not have to hunt for business. They are not chasing friends, family, or cold leads. The volume of consumer opportunity coming in through our brand every single day is unlike anything most leaders have ever seen.

When you walk in and look at the dashboard, you will be blown away.

But all of that opportunity is exactly why we need the right leader. Because consumer inquiries do not close themselves. Pipelines do not convert without coaching. Agents do not become elite without someone pushing them. The bigger the opportunity, the more critical the leader becomes.

What's missing is a coach. A real one. Not a manager who shows up to meetings and reviews numbers. A natural born coach who can sit next to an agent, review their pipeline, audit their CRM, listen to their calls, and immediately know what needs to change. Someone who understands sales at a level most people only pretend to.

You can spot the holes in a sales process in five minutes. You can teach an agent how to handle the objection that's been killing their conversion. You can build the standard, hold the standard, and make people proud to live up to it.

You are also a galvanizer. You walk into a room and the energy lifts. You build community. You create the kind of culture where people show up early because they don't want to miss the moment. You pull greatness out of people who didn't know it was in them. You push hard because you care, and your team feels both.

You know how to recruit. You know how to retain. You know how to build standards that create elite performance and you enforce them without apology. You move at a relentless pace of personal development yourself, because you know you can't ask of your team what you don't model.

This role requires real lead conversion experience at scale. Because of the volume of inquiries our brand generates, your job is not to teach agents how to find leads. Your job is to teach them how to convert. That is the skill set this seat demands.

We don't have time to develop someone into this role. You either have the experience or you don't.

This is for someone who knows real estate, understands how to convert online leads, and has strong leadership skills.

You've recruited agents. You've trained them. You've coached them through deals they wanted to quit on. You've had the hard conversations. The ones most leaders avoid. And your team was better because of it.

Now you need the right place to do it at a level most people never get access to.

We will beat your current compensation package. Plus a substantial signing bonus. If relocation is part of the conversation we're open to that too. We are also open to acquiring a team if that's the right fit.
