Anticipate needs and wants of residents and guests, executing all requests in a timely fashion. Create an environment and execute service that is second to none, seeking opportunities to exceed expectations and build relationships. Collaborate closely with all Department Heads and staff to foster a welcoming, comfortable, supportive, and safe working environment. Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion, and pride in work. Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Conduct all business of the facility as an ambassador with integrity and professionalism. Respect all stakeholders' privacy, perspective, priorities, time, and resources. Maintain regular and dependable attendance in compliance with standards. Interview potential employees for all departments based on needs and conduct drug screens, background checks, and fingerprinting after job offers are accepted. Initiate, assist, and finalize the onboarding process and schedule employees for orientation. Maintain current employee files in accordance with Federal and State rules and regulations. Provide guidance and assist Department Heads with personnel matters, ensuring policy and regulations are followed. Requirements: Paycor experience is preferred. Maintain a working and current knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll regulations. Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding HR practices. Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Additional Details: Max Pay is $26 per hour. Min Pay is $22 per hour.
