Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at fostering mental health within your patient group:

• Conduct initial evaluations by reviewing patient health histories, interviewing patients and their families to understand their mental health needs, and determining appropriate treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously reevaluate personalized mental health care plans based on established standards of practice and specific patient needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure patient confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our electronic medical record system for secure data management.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist license.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
