Position Summary Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities and help improve internal business processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, maintain operational documentation, support reporting activities, and ensure business workflows remain accurate and efficient. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities. Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with CRM data management and quality assurance. Support project coordination across multiple departments. Prepare operational reports and performance summaries. Monitor workflow progress and identify opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate internal meetings and follow up on action items. Assist with business research and operational planning initiatives. Maintain accurate records while ensuring data confidentiality. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, administration, or operations support. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CRM platforms. Familiarity with workflow documentation or process improvement. Experience supporting consulting, technology, or professional services organizations. Knowledge of project coordination tools is an advantage.
