Roofing Repair TechnicianFive Points Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both assessing leaks and executing residential roof repairs, and will have demonstrated ability in both technical skills and problem solving abilities.What you'll do:Perform roof repairs for residential properties, including leak detection and shingle replacementDevelops estimates for various repair projectsOrders parts and materials for repair jobsInspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staffKnowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles, metal, rubber, TPO, EPDM, etcAssess roof conditions and recommend solutions to homeownersComplete additional tasks as assigned, including assisting with roof inspections and minor installationsFollow all safety guidelines and ensure work is completed to high-quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:At least 3 years of direct experience in roofing repair or installationStrong knowledge of roofing materials, especially asphalt shinglesAbility to diagnose and fix leaks, flashing issues, and other common roofing problemsComfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditionsValid driver's license and clean driving recordA team player with strong communication skills and attention to detailIf you have a strong work ethic, roofing experience, and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and service, we want to hear from you!
