Office Services Coordinator
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department. The typical working day involves being the front desk role in a full floor office. The biggest challenge in this role is managing a lot of traffic in the office and attending numerous meetings. Responsibilities include ensuring things are in order, refilling coffee machines, answering phones, greeting visitors, doing expense reports, submitting general invoices for the office, and ordering office supplies and snacks to ensure everything is stocked. You will not be sitting at the front desk all day and will be walking through the office a lot. You may also need to interface with property management, parking, and access badges.
Must have skills include experience working at a busy front desk before, administrative skills, and administrative support roles. It is a service type position, and experience in a hotel front desk is nice to have. Years of experience: open to recent grads who would like to grow with the company. Education: prefer a degree. Software skills: basic PowerPoint skills.
