As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath solutions that fit their vision. This is an outside sales position where you’ll use advanced technology to design and sell premium products.

• Full-time opportunity
• Pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling)
• Uncapped commission structure
• Earning potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ per year

• Ongoing training and development

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based system
• Design personalized bath solutions using our software
• Present pricing and close sales during appointments
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a strong plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confident presenter with strong closing ability
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing and professional personality

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential . Your income is directly tied to your performance and results.
