Registered Nurse - PRN

This role requires a competent nurse who practices independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while demonstrating awareness of various situational aspects. The nurse utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to deliver quality care. Responsibilities Responsibilities include addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring effects, documenting all care activities, and educating patients and families about health issues and resources. The nurse may delegate tasks to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations. Qualifications Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least one year of relevant experience, a valid RN license, and BLS certification.
