Manages routine and complex patient care, makes appropriate assignments, delegates tasks, and develops long-term care plans. Key Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients. Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying needs and resources. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
