Job Full Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Laborers to assist with the shutdown and cleanup of a facility. This role involves physically demanding work, including removing materials, dismantling equipment, and preparing the site for closure. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and able to handle heavy labor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove and dispose of materials, debris, and scrap
Assist with dismantling shelving, equipment, and workstations
Lift, carry, and move heavy boxes and materials
Sweep, clean, and prepare the facility for final turnover
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment

Requirements:

Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Work Environment:

Industrial/warehouse setting
Fast-paced, physically demanding workload
