Hold yourself to high ethical and professional standards. Responsibilities Acquire new insurance customers by selling Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life Insurance, and other complementary products. Present clients with comprehensive insurance coverage options based on a thorough review of their needs over the phone. Achieve established new business production goals and objectives. Foster strong, professional relationships with clients. Maintain all applicable licenses in good standing and act with integrity. Base salary plus bonus and commission. Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain both General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses. Strong oral and written communication skills. Organized, driven and self-motivated. Ability to multitask in fast paced environment. Prior experience working directly with clients either in sales or customer service preferred but not required. Background check required to proceed with hiring process. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Frequently Asked Questions What can I expect to earn? The base salary and most team members should expect to earn between $40,000 and $85,000 with commissions. Top performers can exceed $100,000 annually. Is training provided? Yes!
