We're expanding our Inside Sales team and looking for motivated, coachable professionals who want more than just a paycheck people who want to sell with purpose.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses that total to $65K$120K+.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities
• Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations to coaches and teachers
• Manage leads and pipeline in our CRM system
• Constantly work closely with leadership to refine your pitch and exceed sales goals
• Bring positive energy and a winning attitude every day

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
• Strong communicator with persuasive and confident phone presence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and coachable
• Passion for helping others and making a difference
• Bachelor's / 4-year degree required
