GDG Smiles is looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our Sales Fast Track Program and develop their skills in high-ticket cosmetic dental sales.

 

No dental experience is required, and previous sales experience is helpful but not necessary. We're looking for people who communicate well, are willing to learn, follow a proven process, and are motivated by achieving goals.

 

You'll work with warm inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in cosmetic dental treatment.

 

What You'll Do

• Build rapport with prospective patients and understand their goals.
• Present cosmetic dental solutions and communicate value.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Discuss available payment and financing options.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified opportunities into booked appointments.
• Work toward clearly defined sales and activity goals.

 

Compensation & Growth

• $15–$18/hour , based on experience and placement.
• Performance-based commission after meeting established eligibility requirements.
