Chief People Officer - HR Strategy & Culture

North Shore Community Health

North Shore Community Health is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the human resources function and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO. This role requires a minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience and expertise in organizational development and compensation administration. The ideal candidate will develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and ensure compliance with various employment laws while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
