Operations Manager - Maintenance
Full-Time | GA

Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We're looking for a motivated leader to manage operations and drive performance across our crews and properties.

What You'll Do

Train and develop foremen into strong leaders and build a high-performing team
Manage performance reviews, equipment certifications, and recruiting
Schedule crews and routes to meet daily headcount and productivity goals
Ensure service quality across your book of business meets Crabapple's standards
Plan property inspections and provide ongoing on-site training
Monitor budgeted hours and manage schedules to meet productivity and efficiency goals
Retain at least 90% of your book of business annually
Partner with Customer Relations Managers to understand customer needs
Hold the team accountable for proper equipment and vehicle maintenance
Ensure safety requirements are followed and build a culture of accountability

Requirements:

What You Need

Landscape industry experience required
3+ years of Operations Management experience
Experience managing up to 5 people
Ability to identify sales opportunities that add value to client properties
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) in good standing
Four-year degree desirable but not required with sufficient experience
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
