Area Operations Manager

Responsibilities Maintain professional and positive relationships with patients and staff Lead by example to ensure team successes Monitor and ensure all systems used in the Office are operating at peak effectiveness Provide weekly and monthly reporting Train and supervise office personnel and create training materials Maintain patient data according to company policies Guarantee records are stored securely Equipment and supply ordering and/or issues Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual operation checklists Compliance with privacy and security regulations Manage the appearance of the office Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene Manage safety regulations including OSHA Monitor and maintain the office budget Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in management Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred) Experience building and overseeing clinical office #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
