The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Weekend availability is required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document changes in resident condition

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards of care

• Help maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members

RN Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Active CPR certification

• Weekend availability is required

• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
