- Onboarding and Training: Assist with orientation materials, conduct inductions for new hires, and coordinate training sessions
- Employee Inquiries: Filter questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure sensitive employee information is handled discreetly, and HR policies are followed
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist in the hiring process
- Event Coordination: Assist with HR-related meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities
- Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
- Previous HR or administrative experience is advantageous; familiarity with payroll and HR software is beneficial
