Locums Cardiac Electrophysiology Springfield, IL (IL license) Why This Role IL license EP call only, no clinic Board certification not required Fast 30-day credentialing, temp privileges available 1 week/month, ongoing through May 2027 - locums-to-perm potential Assignment Details Start/end: Weekly blocks (6a-6a) - 9/28-10/5, 10/26-11/2, 11/16-23, 12/14-21 (2026); 1/25-2/1, 2/15-22, 3/29-4/5, 4/26-5/3, 5/10-17 (2027) Schedule: EP call only, 1 week/month preferred; beeper call, 30-min response Coverage type: Call only, inpatient Volume: Varies with hospital census and EP need Setting: Level 1 trauma, stroke certified; 400+ bed hospital (HSHS St. John's, Springfield); admissions required Support: 1 PA/NP EMR: Epic Credentialing: 30 days; temp privileges available Clinical Details Required scope: EP call coverage only, no clinic Rounds on unassigned patients Requirements Board certification not required (Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology) Fellowship License: IL required ABLS, ACLS, BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
