Accounting Specialist - Receivable / Revenue

Key Responsibilities

• Validate fee revenue accuracy across multiple operations and ensure proper reconciliation of closing activity
• Review, verify, and release high-value bank wires while following strict security and compliance procedures
• Research and process ledger shortages and funding discrepancies in a timely manner
• Compile, reconcile, and post revenue transactions into the accounting system
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting for executive leadership
• Coordinate closely with title and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction processing
• Meet strict banking and funding deadlines with strong attention to detail and organization
• Maintain organized wire approvals and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Ideal Background

• Experience in accounting, revenue accounting, title, banking, or high-volume transactional environments
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, wire processing, and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Systems & Tools: ResWare, Microsoft Great Plains, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs), Adobe Acrobat, and various banking portals
