Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific psychosocial needs and presenting challenges.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients navigate emotional difficulties associated with aging, including dealing with loss and transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each geriatric client.

• Provide education to families and staff on effective strategies to enhance the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of senior residents.

• Offer grief and loss counseling support to clients and their families, especially those facing end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive sign-on bonus to new hires.
