Service Manager

Service Manager Location: Bobcat - GDN. Compensation: $55,000 – $62,000 DOE plus bonus. Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 7am–5pm. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, listen to customer concerns and resolve conflicts. Recruit, train and supervise Service Advisors and a team of Technicians. Review technician efficiencies weekly, conduct annual performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions. Direct daily operations of the service department, including expenses and profitability. Keep accurate safety records, document service actions, lead discussions and conduct meetings. Collaborate with company management to support and implement growth strategies. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum three years of successful management experience, preferably in the construction industry. Excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers through effective communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). High school diploma or equivalent. Job Type Full‑time. Work Environment / Physical Demands Many hours are spent sitting at a computer but must walk around, interact in compact equipment, and occasionally climb, stand, bend or crouch. Some areas of the workplace may be hazardous and/or dirty; proper safety protective gear is required. The noise level is usually moderate, but proximity to service bays can result in brief periods of loud noise.
