*Surgical Technologist*:

*Key Duties include:*

* Preparing the operating rooms for surgery by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
* You will work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia and other members of the health care team to ensure an efficient, effective and safe surgical experience
* Responsible to ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and in proper working or
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in ambulatory surgery.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

*Qualifications:*

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.

Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures performed in an ASC setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Central Sterilization knowledge preferred
