The role involves cutting, packaging, and displaying meat items while ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and using digital tools to support operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Work in fast-paced environments, multitask, and maintain member satisfaction. Stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately. Problem solve obstacles, ensuring each task is completed with excellence. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service. Keep the work area clean, neat, and member-ready. Collaborate with associates to build a strong meat team. Demonstrate knowledge of business processes, product safety, sanitation, inventory, and equipment operation. Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming. Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions and improve the shopping experience. Maintain operational excellence by ensuring quality and date control, waste elimination, and proper packaging, labeling, and storage. Advocate for the department and model high-quality service and products. Adopt company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, using the Open Door Policy. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners to prioritize work, communicate progress, and recommend improvements. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
