About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the entire client journey—from prospecting and relationship building to presenting solutions and guiding clients through the enrollment process.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, building trust with clients, and creating long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Client Outreach

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings
• Generate and follow up on new business opportunities
• Build relationships through professional and meaningful conversations
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients

Needs Assessment & Client Discovery

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and needs
• Gather information to identify appropriate insurance solutions
• Provide education and guidance throughout the decision-making process

Solution Presentation

• Present insurance products and services clearly and professionally
• Explain available options and answer client questions
• Help clients evaluate solutions based on their individual needs
• Build confidence through education and consultative conversations

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact through enrollment
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Manage opportunities and maintain accurate client records
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the process

Relationship Building

• Develop long-term relationships with clients
• Serve as a trusted resource for insurance-related questions
• Maintain ongoing communication and support
• Generate referrals through excellent service and relationship management
