About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Quantitative Research / Senior Data Architect to play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of enterprise growth and AI-enabled business transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced forecasting models, pricing strategies, operational analytics, and AI-driven business insights that have a direct impact on the company's strategy. This is a hands-on, strategic position that requires a highly analytical and business-minded leader with a strong background in quantitative research, data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative finance. The role involves building financial modeling frameworks, creating scalable data and analytics structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish long-term analytical and AI-enabled decision-making infrastructure. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in a relevant field and possess expertise in Python, SQL, forecasting, experimentation, and statistical modeling. A strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and operational analytics is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, marketplaces, fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth operational environments, and an AI-first mindset with exposure to modern AI-assisted analytics workflows is highly desirable. The Head of Quantitative Research will work closely with executive leadership and ownership teams, so excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive decisions are also key requirements.
