Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for machining parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. You will work closely with blueprints, engineering plans, materials specifications, orthographic drawings, and machining parameters while interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to machine parts.
• Work with blueprints and engineering plans to ensure precision machining.
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) accurately.
• Operate equipment and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to ISO and AS 9100 standards.

• 3 years of experience using G&M coding.
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Tosnuc controls.
• Mazatrol experience.
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.

• Experience with manual lathe and manual machining.
• Knowledge of CNC and manual mills.
• Experience with Haas machines.

Work Environment

The facility is equipped with machines such as Haas, Hurco, Toshiba, and Shibaura, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines. The work environment is structured to support precision and efficiency in machining operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason, OH.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
