We litigate personal injury and insurance claims in both the state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney. A law school degree and Virginia Bar membership are required; Maryland or D.C. Bar membership is a plus. This position is specifically designed for those who have been practicing personal injury law for more than 3 years in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, ability to multi‑task and handle deadlines without constant supervision, and good interpersonal skills. Job duties will include all aspects of case management, including client intake, case investigation and preparation, case evaluation, drafting pleadings, discovery and deposition work, motions practice, and handling trials. A strong desire to advocate on behalf of our clients is a must. This is a full‑time position that could occasionally entail weekend and evening work. Additionally, this position will involve mentoring and guiding less‑experienced associates through various aspects of personal injury work, including case evaluation, negotiations, and litigation. Note: if you do not have a Virginia Bar membership, then you will not be considered for this position! Compensation Base salary ranges from $85-100,000, plus reachable monthly performance bonuses (for most associates, this averages between $3,000 to $9,000 per month, depending on fees!), and participation bonuses for business brought to the firm. Have at least two years of personal injury experience.
