Work Environment\n

This LMFT position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while enabling you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your own home. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with a structured environment to focus on your clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of your clients' mood disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with your clients' specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans reflect current needs and therapeutic responses.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's well-being.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continuously refine your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a variety of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as their families. Working with this population requires not only clinical expertise but also empathy and a deep understanding of the nuances of family dynamics. As a critical member of our clinical team, you will facilitate constructive discussions that drive healing and foster resilience among your clients.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of Washington is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
