Supply Chain Associate

Our client in Bergen County, NJ is expanding and seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support customer service and operational activities on a global scale. This role is responsible for ensuring customer interactions are handled efficiently and in line with established processes and service standards. The Supply Chain Associate will manage customer communications related to logistics and inventory, handle service-related requests, follow up on approvals, and support overall operational needs. Key Responsibilities Issue notifications related to inventory movement and cancel expired transactions Create and manage bookings while ensuring availability of equipment or inventory Build and maintain strong relationships with operational partners to support service levels Perform regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy Monitor system activity to ensure timely and accurate updates on transactions and approvals Communicate market or operational feedback to internal stakeholders Resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams Maintain accurate records and contact information in internal systems Address discrepancies related to storage, handling, or operations and elevate as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in customer service, logistics, or operations preferred Spanish language skills are a plus Benefit Offerings For full-time employment include paid Holidays, and 10 PTO days, prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
