Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information to identify clients' mental health concerns, resources, and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans, documenting specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in acute distress.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, support groups, and therapeutic workshops to equip clients with valuable coping skills and knowledge.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
