Senior Enterprise Talent Strategy & Leadership Director

The Heritage Group is seeking a Sr. Director of Talent Management based in Indianapolis, IN. This hybrid role is responsible for setting and executing the enterprise-wide talent management strategy. The ideal candidate will lead multiple teams, improve leadership effectiveness, and partner with executive leadership to align talent investments with business strategy.
