Monitor patient condition, manage pain, administer medications, and respond to changes in clinical status. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case management, and the broader interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on recovery, mobility, medications, and discharge planning. Skills You Need Active RN license required. Prior inpatient nursing experience required. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
