We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Charlotte, NC. Assistant Manager As the future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and safeguard the safety of team members. Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, and ensures complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives of Mavis, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.
