Prokopets Perio, one of the top fee-for-service periodontal and dental implant practices in the Washington, DC area, is looking for a Strategic Growth Partner to take the reins of an already thriving referral network. This is not a startup role. The strategy is built, the relationships are established, the training is in place, and the doctor you will represent is one of the most respected periodontists in the region. We are looking for the right person to run with it.

What You Will Own

• Build and deepen relationships with dentists across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia, becoming a familiar and trusted face in their offices

• Design your own schedule and approach, spending about 70% of your week in the field and the rest planning your next moves

• Bring people together through events and experiences that referring teams look forward to

• Represent a practice and a doctor you can speak about with real conviction

• Track your own progress against clear goals, with the freedom to decide how you get there

Who Thrives in This Role

• You are the one who introduces yourself first in a room full of strangers

• You have carried your own book of relationships before, maybe in dental, implant, or medical device sales, and you know how to make an established network genuinely yours

• You are hungry, self-directed, and energized by goals rather than intimidated by them

• You do not need someone checking in on you daily to stay sharp and consistent

• Setbacks do not rattle you. You are back out the next day with a plan

• You genuinely enjoy people and can make anyone feel like the most important person in the room

Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but it is not required. What matters most is how you show up.
