What You'll Do:
- Drive new business production in auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Run a proven sales process with high conversion expectations
- Hit aggressive goals and crush them-consistently
- Build a pipeline and close deals daily
- Deliver professional, confident, and high-energy client interactions
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who's not afraid of the word "sales"
- Hungry, competitive, and coachable attitude
- Experience closing deals (insurance preferred but not required-we train talent)
- Strong communication skills and relentless follow-up
- A natural drive to win big and earn big
