Company: Qualcomm Incorporated Job Area: Human Resources Group > Talent Acquisition General Summary This temporary role focuses on the end-to-end recruiting cycle and sourcing to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates, supporting initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and act as a talent advisor. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may substitute up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry 2+ years of work experience in ATS (e.g., Workday), labor relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, metrics, program management, process improvement, or strategic workforce planning 1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization Principal Duties and Responsibilities Apply TA programs, policies, processes, labor laws, interviewing, compensation, negotiation, and business and industry factors to source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates compliantly Pull appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions and proactively communicate requisition-level hiring status and updates to hiring managers; review personal data metrics to evaluate own role within the department’s performance metrics Collaborate and develop effective working relationships with partners within and outside the team to accomplish mutual goals such as attracting top talent and ensuring legal compliance Use tools such as sourcing platforms, ATS, and CRM to build a small network for quickly identifying and hiring qualified candidates across multiple workstreams Level Of Responsibility Works under supervision Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group Requires verbal and written communication skills; may require basic negotiation, influence, and tact Tasks require multiple steps that may be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization required Pay Range and Other Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $105,200.00 – $157,800.00. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and RSU grants.
