Milling Cnc MachinistThe Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.Shifts available: 2nd Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00amSign-on bonus available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!ResponsibilitiesMilling CNC Machinist duties and responsibilities:Operate Milling CNC machinesPerform quality inspection on completed partsPerform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performanceComplete tool changesQualificationsMilling CNC Machinist position requirements:Operator experience with Milling CNC machinesStrong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mathUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a microscopeAbility to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometerMilling CNC Machinist preferred knowledge, skills and abilities:Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instrumentsPrevious experience with tight tolerancesProgramming experience with Milling CNC MachinesExperience with set-up on Milling CNC MachinesExperience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machinesrms Company benefits:As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
