As a remote therapist, you will collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to comprehensive mental health care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Collaborate with clients to devise personalized treatment plans focused on achieving measurable goals, adjusting interventions based on progress and feedback.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly to ensure positive outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress diligently, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and offer multidisciplinary support to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health counseling and participating in team meetings for shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Our clients are seeking support to navigate their difficulties, and your expertise will play a critical role in helping them regain a sense of control and purpose in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team framework, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications.
