This position is in office in Downtown Fort Worth Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Reviews and approves invoices and vendor information Verifies approvals, pay dates and accurate 1099 coding Verifies correct company and bank information Reconciles AP accounts to the general ledger Assist treasury with ACH, wire and check payments 1099 Reporting to IRS Qualifications 5+ years experience in accounts payable Associates or Bachelors Degree Experience with 1099, W-9 and W-8 processing Strong excel, including pivot tables Stable job history required Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Investment Management and Financial Services Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Additions
