Sales Director- Exterior Home Remodeling

We're seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key responsibilities include: Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements include: One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required 3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management within the industry (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details include: W2, OTE $175,000–$350,000+ (draw pay, commission & bonuses paid weekly) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) Full-time, weekends required Field-based role Continued Leadership Development
